            Senator Stollings moved to amend the bill on page thirteen, section eleven, line ten, after the word “health.”, by adding the following: Any veterans’ organization that chooses to permit smoking under the provisions of this subsection shall ensure that at least seventy-three percent of all indoor space be designated as smoke free and that smoking be prohibited in those areas.;

            And,

            On page fifteen, section sixteen, line seven, by striking out the word “ten” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “seventy-three”.
